Sound like the kind of place you’d like to be? We're currently on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologists to join our dynamic practice in Manchester and Liverpool. If you’re passionate about working on an exciting variety of projects across the North-West in the Residential, Care, and Mixed-Use sectors, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:

• Over 5 years’ experience

• A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field

• Ideally CIAT qualified

• A track record of successfully managing projects

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with traditional and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) including timber, steel and concrete frame

• High rise

• A knack for working both independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with low rise residential and care & high rise residential and mixed use.

• Skills in Technical, Architectural, and Construction Drawings

• Project Management experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & REVIT software

• Knowledge of Building Regulations and Standards

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
