Joining the Manchester team in 2025, Laleh is an Architectural Technologist who loves turning ideas into practical, well-thought-out spaces. With a background that includes residential, retail, hospitality, and sports projects—big developments and stadiums alike—she brings a versatile touch and industry know-how to every project she works on.

Laleh is passionate about developing detailed technical designs, making sure everything meets regulations, and working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring ideas to life with high-quality, buildable solutions.

Her expertise in technical design and multidisciplinary coordination helps her navigate complex challenges with confidence, turning creative visions into functional, sustainable architecture. She’s especially skilled during the critical stages of design (RIBA Stages 3 to 5), where her attention to detail and problem-solving mindset ensure a seamless journey from idea to reality.

Beyond her technical talents, Laleh is genuinely passionate about urban design and how architecture can improve community life. She always keeps people at the centre of her work, focusing on wellness, accessibility, and creating spaces that feel welcoming and meaningful.
