Suzanne Barnett

As Practice Manager, Suzanne oversees the daily operations and business systems that keep our practice running efficiently. With extensive experience in office administration, HR, and IT systems, she is dedicated to creating streamlined processes that enable our design team to focus on what they do best — delivering outstanding architecture.

Suzanne also serves as the point of contact for ISO and Investors in People (IIP), ensuring our practice maintains high standards of quality, consistency, and team development. Alongside this, she contributes to the coordination and planning of company-wide events that strengthen connection and culture across the team.

Throughout her career, Suzanne has specialised in building and refining the systems and procedures that make a workplace both productive and enjoyable. From implementing digital tools to strengthening team structures, her goal is always to blend organisation with a genuine care for people and culture.
