Clare McNally
Architect
Clare joined JDA in 2026, as an Architect with over 10 years' experience delivering complex residential, mixed-use, cultural and regeneration projects across the UK. She is a graduate of the Glasgow School of Art and registered as an Architect in 2017 and has developed extensive experience leading projects from concept design through to construction and completion.
Throughout her career, Clare has worked on a wide range of significant projects, including the transformation of the former IKEA building in Coventry, large-scale social housing regeneration in Manchester, and residential OMS apartments in Manchester City Centre. Part 2 experience included major high-rise residential and mixed-use schemes.
Her professional specialisms include residential-led regeneration, adaptive reuse and refurbishment, sustainable design, BIM and Revit coordination, technical delivery, stakeholder management and the integration of design quality throughout all project stages.
Clare has a strong interest in sustainability and environmental design, innovative construction technologies, urban regeneration, inclusive design and community engagement. She is particularly passionate about creating places that support existing communities while delivering positive social and environmental outcomes. Her experience in both new-build and heritage contexts allows her to balance innovation with sensitivity to existing buildings and places.
