Rob Ware
Architect
Rob joined the JDA Liverpool team in March 2026, bringing with him extensive experience across multiple disciplines gained from a variety of practices and consultancies. From the early stages of his career, Rob recognised the value of integrating architecture with the wider public realm and landscape. This led him to undertake two separate master’s degrees in architecture and landscape architecture, before successfully completing his Part 3 in 2014 to become a fully qualified Architect and Landscape Architect.
As a dual‑qualified professional, Rob has delivered a diverse range of architectural and landscape projects across multiple sectors. His early experience focused primarily on housing‑led developments and large mixed‑use masterplans, progressing to include schemes within the Education, Commercial and Community sectors, as well as Listed Building renovation projects and Bespoke one-off private dwellings.
Rob’s multi‑disciplinary expertise saw him progress to the role of Associate Urban Designer prior to joining JDA, where he worked on numerous large‑scale, urban design‑led masterplans, while continuing to lead and contribute to the architectural components of schemes, including bespoke house‑type designs and integrated community buildings.
He brings a strong background in feasibility and planning‑led design, and his multi-discipline approach enables him to consider architecture, landscape and master planning holistically from project inception. This breadth of experience is an asset to JDA and its clients. Rob is passionate about creating high‑quality places and spaces that positively enhance their surrounding communities and environments, and his drive to maximise the potential of every scheme aligns closely with JDA’s ethos for thoughtful project development and delivery.
