Strategically located between Manchester city centre and Media City UK, Willow Court features a high rise development of 119 apartments spread across nine storeys.
Originally granted planning permission in 2016 and with the groundwork already commenced, JDA were appointed in 2023 to carry out architectural services from Stage 4 onwards, ensuring the realisation of the development.
Offering a diverse range of residential options includes studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as threes bedroom duplex units, effectively catering to various living preferences and needs.
The development adopts a steel frame and Steel Frame System (SFS) infill, allowing for an efficient construction. Our team was tasked with the meticulous co-ordination of existing structure and design elements in collaboration with consultants and subcontractors.
