The creation of a comprehensive feasibility study was aimed at the development of 200 new homes on an existing care village site.
The project commenced with the preparation of a detailed briefing document, which served as the foundation for establishing masterplan parcels across the area.
This initial phase focused on assessing the site's potential and integrating the new residential development within the existing care village context. JDA conducted thorough analyses to identify key opportunities and constraints, ensuring that the proposed homes would meet community needs while respecting the surrounding environment.
The feasibility study not only outlined the development strategy but also addresses aspects such as infrastructure requirements, landscaping, and integration with existing facilities.
By engaging with stakeholders and conducting a robust evaluation of the site, we aim to create a thoughtful masterplan that enhances the care village while providing modern housing solutions for future residents.
