JDA played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of 11 family dwellings specifically designed for social rental within Bury's on behalf of St Vincent’s Housing Association.
The project effectively addressed a range of essential client objectives, offering a contemporary and sustainable housing solution.
The primary objective was to transform a vacant vicarage site into spacious, high-quality terraced family homes that cater to the unique needs of Bury's mixed or multiple ethnic communities.
Each unit was thoughtfully designed to prioritise sustainability and affordability, while also reflecting the social and cultural requirements of the residents.
This was accomplished within the framework of the area's traditional architectural style, characterised by classic red brick, 2-up-2-down terraced homes.
