The new residential development situated in the Eastern Neighbourhood of Trafford's Civic Quarter features a total of 149 dwellings, distributed across two residential blocks of 5 and 14 stories.
This project includes a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as townhouses. The townhouses have a prominent presence along Talbot Road, while the majority of the apartments are housed within the larger block positioned at the rear of the site along Botanical Avenue.
Residents benefit from a dedicated car park located in the basement of the rear block, ensuring convenient access.
The design also incorporates a landscaped communal area that serves as an amenity space for residents, creating an inviting environment for social interaction and leisure activities.
