Program: This traditionally built scheme of 19 two bedroom affordable rent and shared ownership apartments adopts the HAPPI principles and provided a mix of private space and shared amenities. The scheme also met Design & Quality Standards, Building For Life, Secured by Design, Code 3 of CfSH & Lifetime Homes
