A sheltered housing development providing affordable bungalows over 55’s and located just a stone's throw from our development at Jackson Gardens.
The scheme for ForHousing, was designed to promote independent living while ensuring residents have easy access to essential support services.
As the population ages, the demand for suitable, affordable housing that caters to the needs of older adults has become increasingly critical. This project addresses that need by offering modern, comfortable bungalows tailored specifically for the over 55s demographic.
Utilising timber frame modern methods of construction, the bungalows are designed to be both environmentally friendly and efficient.
Each bungalow is designed with accessibility in mind, incorporating features that support residents with varying mobility needs, enabling them to live independently and comfortably.
