Joining JDA in 2017, Sam brought with him experience in residential design and master planning, along with knowledge of conservation and hospitality work.
He is skilled in master planning, excelling in conducting feasibility studies of large scale developments, particularly strategic sites that involve many thousands of homes. His approach focuses attention on creating cohesive and attractive communities through placemaking by incorporating village cores, parklands, and commercial spaces. His schemes range nationwide covering many different planning authorities that require unique and appropriate design solutions.
Sam also has a talent for tackling smaller and more challenging sites, using his expertise to navigate constraints and optimize development opportunities.
His familiarity in the care sector also allows him to contribute to standalone care schemes or integrate them into larger mixed-use developments, bringing a unique perspective and skillset to every project that his is involved in.
