Tom Kelly
Director
Joining JDA in 2004, Tom is a Director at JDA’s Manchester studio. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Product Design from Coventry University and a Master's in International Architecture from the University of Huddersfield.
His main areas of expertise and interest lie in residential housing, care, and sustainable design.
Under his leadership, the JDA team has delivered a diverse range of projects, from innovative eco homes to large-scale apartment buildings.
Tom has extensive experience as a sustainable homes assessor and designer, and he played a key role in our first BREEAM Outstanding industrial scheme, Armstrong Point.
He is dedicated to finding solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and environmental considerations, always seeking to push the boundaries of what is possible in the architectural industry.
Tom's work focuses on simplicity and functionality alongside sustainability, whether for domestic dwellings or large-scale apartment schemes.
