Nick joined JDA in 2011 and is a Chartered Architectural Technologist based in the Manchester office.
His projects primarily focus on social housing and health & care, though he has extensive experience across other sectors.
Nick has worked on private, one-off housing projects, creating personalised homes for individual clients. This includes designing unique, environmentally friendly residences specifically tailored to the homeowner’s vision.
His portfolio also includes modular housing developments, offering affordable and sustainable housing solutions, as well as modular buildings for educational schemes.
Additionally, he has been involved in small-scale energy projects, focusing on renewable energy technologies such as wind turbines.
